**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reporting to one of the Senior Assistant Registrars and working with other academic and professional services staff, you will manage a variety of complex functions, ensuring they provide a resilient and responsive service to users.
- Responsible to organize and manage a sub unit of Registry Office, focusing on at least one of these areas: student admission and management, student assessment management, and tutorial scheduling management.
- Oversee the maintenance of proper documentation and data consistency in the Student Information System (SIS) or any related systems.
- Responsible for budget preparations related to the sub unit.
- Responsible for the policy papers, protocols and preparation of documents related to the sub unit.
- Have responsibility to deputising for the Senior Assistant Registrar and leading on specific projects on his/her behalf.
- Undertake other duties or tasks may, from time to time, reasonable require. This may include support for graduation and convocation ceremony preparation, and the broader work of the University
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Applicants should possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any related field and have at least 5 years of experience in academic administrative services and student record functions.
- Able to keep updated with the regulations imposed by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysian Qualification Agency and all the relevant government authorities.
- Experience with digital technologies especially Student Information Systems, data integration and data analytics will be added advantage.
- Must be at high level of oral and written competence in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism and able to communicate with all level of users and contractors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
