**Responsibilities**:

- Plan daily schedules, allocate manpower, and provide task assignments, while monitoring mold changes.
- Request materials and ensure equipment readiness, maintaining a proper operating condition of equipment and availability of necessary tools.
- Coordinate with planners, receive drawings, and ensure work follows drawing requirements for cutting, fitting, and welding.
- Compile daily time sheets and reports.
- Conduct weekly toolbox briefings and provide on-the-job training to teams.
- Ensure a safe working environment and promptly report any accidents to safety personnel.
- Undertake any other assigned tasks or new responsibilities as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possessed at least Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Experiences in precast concrete operations and management.
- Willingness to work on shifts basic and OT on weekend or PH.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
