Ar Account Controller Assistance

Ensuring outgoing invoice, debit note, credit note, etc and statement of account are correctly and in a timely manner
- Update financial records with daily transactions
- The check invoice, bills, vouchers or documents for corrections before entering into records
- Ensure all the financial transactions are properly coded and recorded
- Assists to update accounting in system
- Assists to make An Invoice According To The Format.
- Assists to update The Invoice In The Excel Report
- Assists to print Out All The Invoice.
- Assists to Photocopy All The Official Receipt
- Assists to Attach The Official Receipt With Invoice.
- Assists to Filling All The Invoices Follow By The Number.
- Checking All The Technician Book To Make Sure All The Invoice Has Been Issued.
- Checking All The Knock Off Invoice According To The Receipt Payment
- Checking All The Receipt Number Update In The Excel Report.
- Assist in Bank reconciliation
- Assists on Audit's submission
- To carry out duties which may be assigned to you from time to time as requested by the superior / Directors of the company. To handle Ad hoc jobs assigned by the management.
- Responsible for daily transactions/administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
- Report to HOD from time to time on work tracking/projects progression
- To assists in daily account administrative task which includes documentation, filling, correspondences, coordinating and following up on pending matters
- Maintain, manage and update all customer databases in a timely manner
- To carry out duties which may be assigned to you from time to time as requested by the superior / Directors of the company
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (not in any particular order)
- Experience in sales/hardware may be advantageous.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Work)
- Good working attitudes, ability to work independently with minimum supervision and multitasking capability
- Punctuality, discipline, detail oriented, ability to self-check input and verify its correctness
- Good verbal and written communication
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
