IT Executive

1. Planning and monitoring IT hardware issue and activities.

2. Identifies, diagnoses, debugs and resolves issues.

3. Maintain, monitor, and analyse all IT parts (Laptops, PCs, Printers, CCTV cameras, network modem,Wifi AP,switches,Rauters firewall and mobiles)

4. Administer, maintain, support and ensure all network (Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN)) and all systems available with mínimal downtime to meet the Company’s operational hours.

5. Network Management and support (server to switch to work station)

6. Upgrades and repairs (Applications, networks ,computer parts) or any related downtime activities.

8. Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language.

9. Responsible in SAP system for daily troubleshooting, maintenance, inquiries and incidents reporting.

10.Deploy, implement, maintain the system.

11. Participate in software setup, installation, coding, testing, monitoring, deployment and software maintenance.

13. Maintain, monitor, and CCTV cameras and Support time attendance units.

14. Install new/rebuild existing computer devices and configure.

15. To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or Diploma with more than 3 years hands on working experience in IT Department.
- Strong technical skills in one or more of the following: ASP.NET, C#, PHP, HTML/CSS, Ajax/jQuery, Java, Front End Framework..
- Knowledge in SAP module and experience in providing detail functionality support
- Proven hands-on Software Development experience
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills, creative, hardworking, modest and good teamwork.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
