Assist Doctor during the medical/surgical/aesthetic procedures.
- Manage to performing various massage techniques on patients face, explaining all treatment procedures to patients & manage to evaluate patients skin conditions/types.
- Manage to answers phone calls, schedules appointments, answer questions and provide information about the clinic's products and services.
- In some cases, you may also sort mail, take meds orders, search medical records, and set up new patient profiles.
- Documented all treatment & procedures including facial package, laser setting, total cost of treatment, remaining/balance treatment or products, and if there were follow-up treatments to schedule to keep patients up-to-date.
- Communicates and interacts with patients; assists with clinical and/or laboratory procedures such as recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health, preparing patients for treatment, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions & cleaning and sterilizing medical equipment.
- Take care of working equipment and sample inventory of products & manage and keep the room cleaned and stocked.
- Be able to work on Public Holidays.
