JOB PURPOSE - IT Technicians diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems. IT Technician responsibilities include installing and configuring computer hardware and being the primary point of contact for IT support within a company. The position holder are responsible to support Attendance System which will cover hardware and software installation and administration. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners - Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests - Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) - Setting up accounts for new users - Testing new technology - Possibly training junior staff - Troubleshoot MMHE computer and computer devices whenever requires. - Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary - Support to any ICT internal project or program. - To complete the task given within timeline. - Support to any MMHE event whenever requires. - Provide technical support and facilities for the event if requires. - Monitoring and maintaining MMHE computer desktop/notebook. - Ensure all MMHE ICT computer desktop/ notebook is in good condition. - Assist to keep track of ICT assets. - Update asset movement (IN and OUT) - Ensure all the tickets issued was closed within SLA timeline. - To attend user’s log and close it within timeline. - To ensure that user have good experience with ICT service support. - To attend user’s log and close it within timeline. - Ensure adherence and fully complied to HSE requirements in related work. REQUIREMENT - Diploma or Certificate in IT related course or equivalent - 1 - 3 years working experience (minimum 1 years in Information Technology)
