**Job Summary**
The kitchen crew plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of our kitchen, contributing to the preparation and delivery of high-quality food to our customers. As a member of the kitchen team, you will assist in various tasks to support food production, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in preparing ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients according to recipes.
- Execute cooking tasks as directed, including grilling, frying, baking, and sautéing food items to the required standards.
- Assist in assembling dishes and plating food in an appealing manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies, informing management of any shortages or replenishment needs.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and kitchen protocols to ensure the health and safety of staff and customers.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour when interacting with colleagues and customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries courteously.
**Job Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma in Culinary or related.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

- Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Preferred:
- Previous restaurant experience
- Hostel provided.
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
