QA Inspector

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - QA INSPECTOR**
- To interpret drawing
- To monitor overall product quality from raw material, production processes to finished product.
- Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality
- To oversee quality supervisors and inspectors to ensure good quality products as per customer requirement.
- Recording inspection results for incoming, in-process and outgoing by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes.
- To handle customer complaint investigations and propose relevant corrective actions.
- To execute and ensure the proper implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) as well as recommending appropriate Continuous Quality Improvement strategies from time to time.
- To participate in customers audits as well as third party certification audits
- To ensure company products fulfill to customer requirement and obligation compliance.
- Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
- Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
- To handle non-conformance issue.
- Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans
- Assisting the causes of product defects and reworks
- Other tasks requested by superior

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
