- Establishment of **Haji Mat Haji Jantan Sdn. Bhd**. was on March 28, 1992 aimed at the collection of household and public solid waste, providing sewage treatment plant services, building construction engineering works, and public cleansing management. In 2017, the idea of producing organic fertilizers by the Company’s Director took place following the issue of landfill problem in Melaka._
- Our factory located at Taman Perindustrian Krubong are focusing on the processing and production of an Organic fertilizer named **"Baja Milagro".** _In the production of **MILAGRO organic fertilizer**, the latest technologies of Smart Technology and Special Enzyme have been used. Milagro organic fertilizer is produced within 24 hours of organic solid waste, animal faeces and plants waste._
- To manage the daily QA operations and draft on the company quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Identify areas where specifications & procedures are lacking or lack compliance. Also to develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- To Lead and drive Quality functions such as satisfaction in Quality and objective achievement, effectiveness and continual improvement.
- To Implementing and maintaining the quality Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) and continuous improvement. Also to ensure compliance to ISO 9001/ISO 14001 and other related standard requirements.
- To plan, conduct and monitor product/process audit as per plan and to verify compliance to the specification and requirement and the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- To coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
- To ensure all staff that participate in training activities to stay current with regulatory and industry requirements.
- To assist in the safety work process for the factory and office. Serve as safety model; promote a high level of safety awareness and continuous improvement practices.
- Responsible to motivate the work force to optimize productivity, quality improvement and efficiency.

**Requirement**:
**Experiences**:

- 1-2 years of working experience in the related field

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Experience in diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues is an added advantage
- Familiar with Quality Assurance terminology, method and tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control and defect management practice
- Attentive to details and quality standards
- Proactive and resourceful
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple process and deliver short lead times with changing priorities
- Knowledge with quality management such as ISO 9001/ISO14001 systems and tools.
- Good Command of English Language in Both written and verbal
- Willingness and ability to adapt to new technologies and concept

- Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month_
