Cadcam Programmer

1. Works with CAD and CAM software. 2. Develop computer programs to control automatic machines and equipment involved in manufacturing processes. 3. Analyze blueprints and job orders, conduct computer simulations and trial runs. 4. Creates drawings and CNC programs using the provided CAD/CAM software. 5. Ability to setup, program, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes and mills. 6. Provides constant feedback and input into the process improvement within the department. 7. Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions. 8. Responsible for the drawing, programming and setup and operation of CNC equipment. 9. Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications. 10. Perform basic machine maintenance.
