Lean Six Sigma

Job Responsibilities:

- Utilize internal performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve quality, service, and cost within the company.
- Evaluate end-to-end processes, mapping task, and compiling data to make recommendations for change; utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools to identify potential cost savings and effective product flow, and working with strategic partners to align the efforts.
- Perform analysis or coaching team members on the analysis required to deliver solutions.
- Gather information needed for analysis; analyzing and defining requirements to improve operational process; performing assessments and identifying efficiency gaps.
- Develop and execute strategies to support high volume growth.
- Promote use of continues process improvement methodologies and tools (SMED, DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and DOE).
- Identify process improvement opportunities through analyzing large data sets.
- Ability to build business cases and manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Communicate project goals, strategy and status within the project team and with project stakeholders, including Senior Management.
- Track and quantify improvements made throughout the business.
- Develop, implement, and monitor continuous Improvement training initiatives.

Job Requirements:

- 3 years of hands on working experience in process optimization, operations, or business management,
- A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.
- Good communication skills to communicate with all levels.
- Excellent understanding and ability to explain analytical tools and statistics
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Good project management skills and ability to lead small teams.
- Works well in a team environment, with sound negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple high-level projects.
- Willing to be based in Taiping, Perak
