- Translate abstract business requirements into actionable technical requirements which can be executed using Power Apps, utilizing best practices within the Power Platform Community
- Design, Develop and Configure Power Apps (both Canvas Apps and model driven) and Power Automate workflows
- Strong experience developing and shaping data with SQL and/or other enterprise databases-
- Ability to work with business end-users to verify and validate logic
- Understand and follow Data Governance, defined standards and best practices, ensure security and data privacy standards.

**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform core components, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

**Technical Competence & Skills**- Minimum Skills
- Data modeling skills
- Understanding of UI in Power Apps
- Problem solver; Likes technical challenges and proposes alternative customer-oriented solutions.-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership
- Self-learner; Likes keeping ahead of things and being pro-active.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Team player; Likes working in an international team-
- Desired Skills-
- The ability to manage multiple priorities with challenging requirements while meeting deadlines
- Experience creating and maintaining Power Apps based on Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and other data sources
- Understanding of other Azure services that can support Power Platform capabilities
- Experience with Web Services and APIs- #JACKL- #KLCITY
