A4 Chargeman

Requirement - Professional Certification as A4 Chargeman issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga - At least 5 years’ experience in Hotel, Property or Facility Management - Strong knowledge of high rise building & facility MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) - Experience coaching and leading chargeman’s and technician’s - Experience in developing safety standards & emergency response plan (ERP) - Experience in developing checklist for MEP systems - Expertise in Energy Management an added advantage - Ability to conduct detailed review of MEP drawings Job Responsibilities - Ensure site’s compliance to all relevant legislation under various authorities such as ST, Bomba, DOE, JKKP etc - Implement and maintain highest safety procedures and standards for all sites - Develop emergency response plan (ERP) for all sites - Prepare fire evacuation plan and conduct fire drill for staffs and clients - Develop checklist for each of the MEP systems - Implement comprehensive maintenance plan for each MEP system - Responsible for timely renewal of all licences for site’s - Responsible to ensure as built MEP drawings tallies with onsite. Ensure all discrepancies and recorded and lodged to relevant party. - Develop expertise in energy management and lead in energy saving measure for sites - Responsible for MEP KPI’s
