To be able to provide good customer service to all the patrons, with Standard greetings and thank you patrons. - Directly handle cash collections at Point of Sales (POS) in accordance to establishes policy and procedures. - Administer daily recordings of Concession Inventory accurately in accordance to establishes policy and procedures. - Identify, communicate, and perform proper responsibilities and practices to ensure smooth flow of operations as and when given instruction by any Manager on Duty (MOD). - Prepare and present food efficiently and quickly. - To perform 6 list Concessions Track. - Ensure that food quality, food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistent. - Report potential safety hazard to Manager on Duty (MOD). - Maintain cleanliness of tables and other areas of the outlet. - Assist in the stocking of food and beverages from suppliers during working hours. - Serve food and drinks in a jovial and professional manner. - Effectively learn and utilize the POS terminal to complete customer transactions and expedite orders. - Provide excellent service and experience to our customers. - Able to perform 7 wonderful steps at BOC/ Floor. - Follow MBO Operation policies & procedures, including those for cash handling and food safety.
