IT Assistant

Assist in setting up network, hardware, and software for clients.

Cooperate with technical team to provide support in maintaining corporate system, hardware, and software.

Assist in solving client’s issues by troubleshooting the problems and providing technical support.

Assist in computer network security by scanning for vulnerabilities and viruses.

Provide maintenance support for existing computer systems, including troubleshoot problems with hardware and software.

Provide technical support for computer hardware and software issues.

Perform design, maintenance and update website information when required.

Any ad hoc task assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**:
Able to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah

Required Language: Malay, English

Possess own transport with valid driving license (B2 & D)

**Working Hours**:Sunday to Thursday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
