Conduct initial evaluation and client intake review, assessment's of patient's requirement and formulate diagnosis in Malay and English Carry out case management services related to patient's treatment Maintain an active caseload, providing individual, group, family, child and adjunctive therapies as needed and within area of expertise and limits of credentials. Participate in continuing education activities, remain knowledgable in area of expertise.
