Provide strong, visionary leadership to the school community, including staff, students, and parents.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the school's continuous improvement and adherence to international educational standards.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the school, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth among staff members.
- Lead and support recruitment, hiring, and retention efforts to maintain a high-quality faculty and staff team.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a rigorous, internationally recognized curriculum that promotes academic excellence and prepares students for success in a globalized world.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning practices to ensure they align with the school's mission, vision, and educational objectives.
- Implement effective assessment and evaluation strategies to measure student progress and inform instructional decision-making.
- Provide support and guidance to teachers in curriculum planning, instructional delivery, and classroom management.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
- Establish systems for student support services, including counseling, special education, and English language learning, to address the diverse needs of learners.
- Encourage student engagement in extracurricular activities, sports, and community service initiatives to enhance their holistic development.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and guardians through effective communication, collaboration, and involvement in school activities.
- Cultivate positive relationships with the local community, government agencies, educational organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance the school's reputation and visibility.
- Act as an ambassador for the school, representing its values, mission, and achievements to external audiences.
- Collaborate with parent organizations, alumni networks, and fundraising efforts to promote community involvement and support school initiatives.
- To work with collaboration with the Business Development team and to support all marketing initiatives.
- To ensure all classes including ECA and CCA are conducted as per plan.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles, preferably in international schools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of international curricula, educational best practices, and accreditation standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills may be advantageous.
- Valid teaching certification and/or administrative credentials.

**Salary**: RM20,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
