- Knowledge in CTPAT, Health & Safety, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ISO 14001 will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the general admin and security management field will be added advantage. Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists in overall supervision of the contract agencies or suppliers ensuring that all security, canteen, landscaping, general cleaning, pest control and etc legal requirements are met.
- Assists to follow up invoice from admin section related supplier and prepare monthly payment report to account within the given time frame.
- Key in and verify security guard overtime record and ensure overtime no exceed the permissible limit under Malaysia Laws.
- Monitor and ensure CCTV system, alarm system are in functioning mode at all times.
- Ensure monthly budget of stationery and hardware requisition for each sub-section are well plan, order and distributed.
- Conduct monthly inventory and to ensure that the physical stock in hand is tally with system.
