IT Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse company requirements to perform feasibility studies/gap analysis/functional/technical design for existing and new systems.
- Examine existing systems design and processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Research and recommend technologies and solution designs to fulfill company requirements.
- Work closely with key users and external parties to ensure the quality of deliveries.
- Verify the system deliverance accordingly to the agreed user and technical requirements.
- Perform and coordinate SIT and UAT activities.
- Ensure complete knowledge transfer from external solution providers to provide effective support on systems after go-live.
- Responsible for end-to-end design for exiting and new systems.
- To maintain hardware, software, networking and communications infrastructure to process data efficiently.
- To evaluate and analyse problems, requirements and propose solution.
- Day-to-day management in systems administration, network traffic, network access, systems security, systems backup and maintenance.
- Ensure all IT related inventory and software licensing control.
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to support smooth running of operation.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degreeor professional qualification in Information Technology or relevant studies.

Strong supporting technical knowledge in RDMBS, SQL, Excel macros, etc.

Understanding of distribution domain and relevant systems (an added advantage).

Excellent interpersonal skills and highly proficient in oral & written communication (English & Mandarin).

Highly proactive and self-motivated individual with proven leadership exposure.

Independent and highly analytical individual with good problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
