Beauty Advisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team at Wardah Cosmetics. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering personalized beauty recommendations, and driving sales of Wardah's halal-certified cosmetics and skincare products. Your primary objective will be to create positive experiences for customers while representing the Wardah brand ethos of beauty, integrity, and inclusivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations based on customers' skin type, concerns, and desired look.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of Wardah products, including their halal-certified ingredients and ethical sourcing.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products to enhance their natural beauty while respecting their religious beliefs.
- Keep abreast of new product launches, promotions, and industry trends to effectively promote and sell Wardah products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including product displays and testers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Passion for cosmetics and skincare, with a strong understanding of makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of halal beauty products and an understanding of Islamic principles related to cosmetics (preferred).
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per the store's schedule.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in beauty or cosmetics is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
