1 **To manage the branch ,ensuring that all activities of delivery and pickup are completed daily**
2 **To strictly follow SOP compliance and HRD policy**
3 **To meet KPI set by management at all time**
4 **To monitor staff on data updating in gemsoft2**
5 **To monitor all cash collections and cheque collection are timely bank in**
6 **To look into the disciplinary issues arising from the branch and take necessary action**
7 **To ensure that all the payments for utilities are done timely to avoid disruption**
8 **To check fleet card usage and ensure no abuse of claims**
9 **To meet EM20 delivery performance KPI at 96%**
10 **To clear PSI and ensure no pending shpts more than 7 days**
11 **To meet Ecourier KPI 100%**
12 **To ensure zero mispickup everyday**
13 **To check and respond to all whatsapp mesej**
14 **Follow all ISO and Company’s policies and procedures.**
15 **To handle any additional task handed by RIC from time to time.**
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
