我們正在尋找駐馬來西亞吉隆坡的【 **KYC 營運經理**】。

**主要責任**
- 作為 KYC 團隊的領導者，根據 MAS 監管的銀行合規政策和 KYC 監管要求管理 KYC 營運。
- 支援企業對新業務或計劃進行客戶檢查（KYC/CDD）分析。
- 領導融資業務的KYC能力的規劃和建立，包括CDD、PEP、制裁、負面新聞審查和盡職調查能力。
- 建立健全KYC產品能力，包括入職制度、定期審核制度、篩選制度。
- 與反洗錢合規官（AMLO）和風險官密切合作，了解監管要求、相關實體的系統能力狀況，找出差距（如有），並向相關團隊提出系統建設或增強的要求。
- 與中台和技術團隊合作提出系統需求並將業務需求轉化為產品需求。實施流程或工作流程的變更並推動最佳化。
- 支援風險和反洗錢操作，並在任何升級情況下與業務部門聯繫

**資格**
- 至少 5 年在支付服務提供者、貨幣服務業者 (MSO) 諮詢公司或金融機構工作的 KYC/AML 經驗。必須具備 3 年以上團隊領導或經理經驗。曾為企業客戶做過KYC/CDD者優先。
- 具備與跨地區和業務部門的同事有效合作所需的出色的人際交往能力。負責任的團隊合作者，具有協作精神，能夠與內部利害關係人和客戶建立融洽的關係。
- 能夠管理多個優先事項和任務，並具備適應快節奏環境中變化的技能
- 強大的分析能力、創造性解決問題的能力和「我能做到」的態度。
- 必須具備良好的英語和漢語口語和書面能力。
- CAMS或ICA合格者優先。
