**Preschool Teacher - Able to teach English OR Mandarin**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Curriculum Implementation:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities in accordance with the school's curriculum.
- Foster language development by integrating English and Mandarin language components into daily lessons.

2. Classroom Management:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement.
- Manage student behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and supportive atmosphere.

3. Language Development:

- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to enhance language acquisition in English OR Mandarin.
- Encourage language-rich interactions through storytelling, songs, and creative activities.

4. Individualized Learning:

- Assess the unique learning needs of each child and tailor teaching methods accordingly.
- Provide additional support or challenges based on individual abilities.

5. Parent Communication:

- Maintain open and transparent communication with parents regarding their child's progress, development, and any concerns.
- Organize regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss educational goals and achievements.

6. Professional Development:

- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, language acquisition, and bilingual teaching strategies.
- Attend workshops or training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English OR Mandarin.
- Relevant teaching experience in a preschool setting.
- Familiarity with early childhood education frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
