Internship Trainee

**Scope of Work**
- Executive Assistant are high-level administrative professionals who provide support to top executives, including Executive Director. As an Executive Assistant to an Executive Director, your primarily responsibilities but not limited to:

- Scheduling and organizing meetings including booking meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Conducting research of various topics, gathering data, new ideas and strategies, and preparing reports and presentations.
- You will provide feedback, advice, and support to the Executive Director by providing diverse perspectives, insights, and expertise.
- Coordinating projects: You will work closely with the Executive Director on various projects, helping to plan and execute tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Managing files and records including confidential information.
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders such as the Management team, executives, clients and business partners.

**Requirement**
- Fresh Graduate either in Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- Able to converse and write well in both Malay & English.
- Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft Office.
- Minimum duration is of 3 months.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
