Rtr Analyst

**Summary**

**Job Responsibility**

General Ledger and month end reporting
- Conduct period closing and reporting process accurately and efficiently, proactively communication of potential issues or risk to controllership team.
- Post manual journal entry as needed;
- Post daily incoming collection against AR balances
- Perform monthly reconciliation.
- Perform monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet Review, deep dive for key account and outstanding balances
- Assist manager/controller for other report preparation & submission in a timely manner, complete account reconciliation and other ad hoc requests.
- Act as internal & external audit coordinator.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory policy, IFRS etc.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required by superior

Fixed Asset Accounting
- Perform accounting for fixed assets movements and month end depreciation.

Intercompany
- Perform intercompany billings and accounting based on defined list, procedure or when directed
- Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Diploma are welcome to apply
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with specific experience in record-to-report processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Shared Service experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
