Branch Supervisor

**Essensual Functions**
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of your branch, ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed correctly;
- Managing, mentoring and motivating your team to work effectively and efficiently, monitoring employee performance to ensure that they are meeting monthly targets, managing workload and priorities;
- Implementing business development strategies through marketing and promotional campaigns, partnership deals to increase profit and brand popularity;
- Assessing customer needs through market research;
- Monitoring quality of provided services.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Business Administration, Marketing or any related field;
- English skills: B2 level or higher;
- Team Management (Sales, Business Development experience will be a big plus) at least 1 year;
- Goal-oriented team leader with strong analytical skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- PC literate (CRM, Google Spreadsheet).
