This role is responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages to the guest, assisting guests if there are any concerns raised, and assisting guests in paying their bills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to cafe guests.
- Greet guests and present menus.
- Make suggestions based on guest's preferences.
- Take orders, and serve food and beverages to guests.
- Arrange table settings.
- Keep cafe environment tidy and clean at all time.
- Check products quality.
- Check dishes and kitchenware.
- Process guest's bills and arrange for payment.
- Collect payment from guests.
- Work well with Kitchen team to ensure guest experience are good.
- Report any identified issues and take corrective actions.

**Requirements**:

- SPM and above
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in cafe.
- Willing to work on shifts, over weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to work 6 days a week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
