Retail Sales Associate

Drive and achieve sales targets for the retail shop
- Plan, coordinate and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and report on sales performance
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assessing their needs, and addressing their concerns
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Manage the daily operations of the retail shop, including inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM Certificate & Above are welcome to apply.
- Own Transport
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
