Responsible for producing various types of bread.
- Operating the pastry section of the kitchen and liaising with the bakers to ensure a successful working environment.
- Mixes, ferments, shapes, and bakes according to specified recipes and standards.
- Ensure that the right type and quantity of ingredients are acquired by following bread baking recipes to measure ingredients.
- Set oven heat at the right temperature and wait for ovens to be heated before placing tins in them.
- Check timers to ensure that the bread is baked properly.
- Remove baked bread from ovens and place them on cooling racks.
- Pack and label cooled bread with information such as type and expiry date.
- Perform preventative maintenance on ovens on a regular basis.
- Other duties as the job require it.
- Able to work on shift rotation basis including weekend and Public Holiday

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
