**General Summary Of Position**
The positions primary responsibilities will focus on HRIS administration and maintenance including maintenance for the life cycle of employee. This position will work based on maintaining compliance and regulatory standards, and drive for total Human Resource compliance per legal needs and business requirements in protecting data privacy and administration of personal records.

**What would your role look like?**
You will be:

- Data entry and maintenance of employee data in Oracle/HR systems, ensuring accuracy of the data/information.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly reporting including, but not limited to headcounts reporting, employee movement, leave utilization, absenteeism, CSR, plant review and any other report that may be required from time to time.
- Ensure timely submission of employee movement and act as the primary contact for payroll generation
- Upkeep and maintenance of employee personnel files
- Be point of contact for audit activities in relation to employee personal data
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process for Manufacturing / Production operations, including Foreign Labor hiring.
- To ensure the headcount gaps / vacancies are fulfilled to avoid operations interuptions
- Prepare reports and statistics on headcount, hiring analysis, turnover rate & etc.
- Experience working with Vocational / Technical tertiary education for technical hirings
- Keeping abreast of local laws and regulations for best employment practices
- Represent the company in any external job fairs and educational institutes.
- Able to support other HR function as well.
- Support in audit sessions and cross check documents to make sure no discrepancies or non-compliance findings occur.
- Able to support any region in APAC region if needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned when necessary

**What you will bring**:

- Relevant work experience of at least 5 years in similar capacity.
- Experience with records maintenance for HRIS systems is preferred.
- Experience in Recruitment in fast-paced environment
- Experience working with government agencies pertaining to foreign workers hiring process
- Experience working with Vocational / Technical tertiary education for technical hirings
- System knowledge and experience in Oracle or similar HRIS platform is preferred.
