**Responsibilities**:

- Handle accounts payable function, i.e liase with suppliers, perform 3 way matching and key in invoices, prepare payment to suppliers, prepare supplier reconcilation and etc.
- Handle freight invoices posting, tracking and upload invoices into shared folder.
- Maintain proper acccounting record and filing system.
- Assist in month end closing process and stocktake.
- Analyse monthly financial performance.
- Assist in internal audit.
- Involve in daily routine finance operation and scrap verification.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year working experience in similar capacity. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge for SAP or ERP system is preferred.
- Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, mature, organized and proactive.
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to multi-task and work under mínimal supervision.
- Team player with good communication skills, possess strong initiative and good interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in manufacturing environment will be added advantage.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
