**Key Responsibilities**:
**Videography**:
- Capture high-quality video footage using professional camera equipment.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio quality for each shot.
- Travel to various locations as needed to shoot on-site footage.
**Editing**:
- Edit raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos that align with project objectives.
- Cut and splice footage segments to create seamless transitions and continuity.
- Incorporate audio elements, such as music, sound effects, and voiceovers, to enhance the overall impact.
- Color grade footage to maintain visual consistency and enhance the mood or tone of the video.
**Post-Production**:
- Work with graphic designers or motion graphics artists to integrate visual effects or animations into videos, if required.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to incorporate feedback and revisions into the final product.
- Export videos in various formats optimized for different platforms (web, social media, broadcast, etc.).
- Manage project files, ensuring organization and proper storage for future reference or revisions.
**Equipment Maintenance**:
- Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in videography and editing technology.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts for video projects.
- Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide support to fellow team members when needed, including assisting with filming or editing tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software
- Knowledge of camera operation, composition, and lighting techniques.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and feedback.
- Min Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in film, media production, or a related field.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
