**Location**: Pinggiran Subang, Malaysia (Nearby Ara Damansara, Kota Damansara, Sg Buloh)

**Position Overview**:As a Staff Nurse in our nursing home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will provide professional nursing care, administer medications, and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to maintain the highest quality of care and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver skilled nursing care to residents as per their individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to create and update care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide emotional support.
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are rigorously followed.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse with a valid Malaysian Nursing Board license.
- Previous experience in aged care or nursing home settings is advantageous.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Willingness to work shifts as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
