**Job description**
- Create accurate and detailed mechanical and electrical drawings based on project requirements, specifications, and standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret design concepts into technical drawings.
- Review and revise drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
- Incorporate feedback from the engineering team to refine and improve drawings.
- Work closely with engineers to understand project objectives and translate them into technical drawings.
- Collaborate with other drafters and designers to ensure consistency and coordination in drawings.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all drawings.
- Ensure that drawings are appropriately labeled, version-controlled, and accessible to the project team.
- Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure they meet Malaysian Mechanical and Electrical project standards.
- Verify that drawings align with relevant codes and regulations.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and milestones.
- Communicate progress and potential delays to the Senior Project Engineer.
- Provide technical support to the engineering team through the preparation of detailed drawings and schematics.
- Assist in resolving design-related issues and challenges.
- Ensure that drawings align with the project scope, specifications, and requirements.
- Communicate any deviations or discrepancies to the Senior Project Engineer.
- Stay informed about the latest drafting technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Undertake any other tasks related to the job requirement as directed by superiors.
- Adapt to changes in project requirements and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

**Requirements and skills**
- Diploma or degree in Document Management, Project Management, or a related field.

**SALARY** **negotiation depending on level of education, competency, years of experience and personal capabilities.**
