**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the growth and well-being of employees. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for:
**Main Responsibilities**:
This position will primarily emphasize talent management (60%), with key responsibilities such as:

- Developing Talent
- **Performance Management**: Develop and execute process to evaluate and manage employee performance, which involve goals setting, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.
- **Learning and development**: Identify the employees learning needs, develop and execute development plan to facilitate employees' growth and contribution.
- **Career Paths and Development**:Assist employees in defining career goals, plan and manage career advancement to provide career development opportunities.

2. **Motivating and Retaining Talent**
- **Compensation and Benefit**: Conduct market research and salary comparisons, propose competitive salary, bonuses, and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
- **Employee Engagement**: Create and execute strategies plan to create a positive work environment, which may include implementing recognition programs, organizing activities, and work-life balance.

3. **Optimizing Talent**
- **Succession Planning**:Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership or important roles fill within the organization.
- **Performance Optimization**: Consistently enhance processes and systems to optimize employee performance and productivity.

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- **Orientation and Onboarding**:Develop and deliver an orientation program that offers a positive, informative, and welcoming introduction to the organization and its culture.
- **Research**: Conduct ongoing research and stay up to date with the HR trends in talent development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years working experience in HR or related role (Junior to Mid-Level wanted)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent in talent and project management skills.
- Know about HR compliances.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Have high passionate in learning and development.
- Fluent in English
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin

- **Proficient in Excel and Word**:

- **Attention to details**: Ensures thoroughness in tasks, adheres closely to procedures, and executes routine duties with care.
- **Business focus**: Understands the business environment and competitive dynamics, identifying factors that enhance performance and adopting a strategic perspective to drive long-term success.

- **Monitoring and evaluation**: Proficient in assessing the performance and efficacy of others and projects through both direct observation and review of documented activities.

**Good to know**:

- Occasional travel to various states may be required to support clients onsite.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
