**Job Description: -**
- Supervise all activities before, during and after the employee’s entry into the confined space.
- Identify all hazards and recommend control measures to ensure safe.
- Knowledgeable of all confined space entry equipment.
- Knowledgeable of the hazards that may occur during entry into confined spaces.
- Test and interpret gas reading levels in confined spaces.
- Carry out inspections and confirm all procedures, tests and equipment specified in the work permit are complied with before the work permit is approved.
- Assist other team members (splicer and puller) on site.
- Ensure all team members fully equipped with appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (“PPE”).
- Maintain Gas Tester equipment to ensure safety when used.
- Prepare reports for each site that involves work in the manhole (If necessary).
- To conduct environmental, safety and health inspection and internal audits.
- To assist HR Department in worker's matters, local authority.

**Requirement : -**
- Must have competency in Authorized Gas Tester & Entry Supervisor (AGTES)
- Familiar with Malaysia HSE legal requirements such as OHSA 1994 Act, Factory and Machinery Act with regulations, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Ability to work under pressure and exceptional time management.
- Able to conduct Safety & Health internal training and mentoring the Site employees, Site Safety Supervisors

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 60 per week

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
