TRANSITION MANAGER

**Minimum Qualification**: Degree in Mechanical Engineering

**Experience Required**: Minimum 10 years working experience

**Job Summary**
- INTERALIA, be responsible for overseeing operational transitions in company and to ensure that the transitions are implemented according to schedule and budget. Update management, personnel, and clients on any prospective transition-related changes. And _to oversee the production process and coordinate all activities to ensure enough resources on hand. Plan workers' schedules, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines:

- Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Estimating costs and preparing budgets
- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Know -how on actuator manufacturing method

**General Job Standards**
- Is required to organize and oversee the manufacturing of mechanical actuator parts.
- Ultimately will responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.
- Equipped with know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of daily activity.
- The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.

**Primary Job Standards**
- To overall manage and operate the entire plant, divisions and technical and engineering departments of the Company.
- To penetrate the OVERSEA markets for export sales of Metal-Sheet fabricated products and also Actuators and Actuator Valves
- your primary / key-job function.
- To source and import from OVERSEA specialized raw materials including technical materials for the Company and be responsible for OVERSEA Accounts.
- To fully take charge of new projects for the Company, from feasibility study, pilot project implementation to commissioning.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements for actuator technology transfer.
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Determine quantity of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Report to upper management

**Required skills**
- Proven experience as transition / production manager
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM10,500.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
