Junior Chef

Nozoly Food Industry is a food manufacturing company specializing in food retort technology. We are looking for a Junior Chef (R&D) to help us enhance our research & product development strategy plans. Come and join us if you have what it takes

Below is the job description;
- To assure every product cooked is made properly in accordance with the procedure to ensure that food quality is maintained.

**To ensure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.**
- **Responsible for overall kitchen management including food ordering and budgeting areas as clean, free of hazards, and properly arranged.**:

- Responsible for receiving raw materials from the warehouse to the production area.
- Providing product formulation to be cooked and ensure that all raw material to be used has been isolated and place it accordingly.
- Responsible for the distribution duty of every member of subordinates during the cooking process until the final stages of cooking including the cleaning process.
- Ensure all data has been recorded each time raw materials add up into the kettle and product which has been cooked.
- To perform research and development tasks.
- To perform any other tasks as requested by Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- food manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
