Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our team. As a Technical Expert, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, guidance, and expertise to our team and clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our technical solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, issues, and escalations from internal teams and clients.
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex issues and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to address technical issues and improve product performance.
- Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients to enhance their understanding and proficiency in using our products and services.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in your area of expertise, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
- Attend sales order installation or maintenance work at customer premise whenever job assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM & above with 2 or 3 years Technical experience field preferred.
- Proven track record of providing expert-level technical support and guidance, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
