**RETAIL SUPERVISOR (Mobile Phone Shop)**
**Basic Salary dari RM2500 - RM3500 **_**(berdasarkan pengalaman)**_
**Pendapatan Bulanan boleh mencecah RM6000 & lebih **_**(termasuk komisen)**_

**Kelayakan**:

- Umur: 26 - 36 tahun; Calon Lelaki diutamakan
- Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam industri Retail Sales
- Mempunyai sifat sebagai seorang pemimpin, bertanggungjawab dan berdisiplin
- Seorang yang boleh multi-tasking dan menerima sebarang cabaran tanpa mudah berputus asa
- Seorang yang proaktif & agresif untuk mencapai sales target
- Mempunyai kemahiran menggunakan komputer dan aplikasi Microsoft Office
- Boleh bekerja ikut waktu operasi kedai (1030am-930pm), termasuk Sabtu, Ahad & cuti umum
- Boleh bekerja di Bandar Sri Pemaisuri (Cheras, KL)

**Tugas Kerja**:

- Mengendalikan semua tugas/urusan harian di kedai (opening & closing, wang tunai, dokumentasi, inventori stok, kebersihan dll.)
- Menjaga kehadiran & disiplin staff
- Memberi motivasi & memastikan staff melaksanakan tugas mereka dengan cekap
- Agresif dalam mengejar sales target dan membantu meningkatkan jualan
- Memastikan system security dalam kedai berfungsi dengan baik untuk mengelakkan risiko kecurian dan kerugian
- Boleh menjalankan tugas ad-hoc & tugas-tugas lain yang berkaitan apabila diperlukan
- Hari Bekerja: 6 hari seminggu, Wajib bekerja pada Sabtu, Ahad & cuti umum
- Waktu Bekerja: 1030am hingga 930pm

**Faedah**:

- Gaji Basic dari RM2500-RM3500 (berdasarkan pengalaman)
- Sales Commission dari RM500 hingga 'Tanpa Had'
