Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in Procurements functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The intern will work with the Finance teams, assisting in various tasks and projects to support the overall functioning of the organization.

**LOCATION: BLOCK D PLAZA MONT KIARA, NO 2 JALAN MONT KIARA,50480 MONT KIARA,W.P KUALA LUMPUR.**

**INTERNSHIP ALLOWANCE : RM800/MONTH**

**MONDAY-FRIDAY**

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an Intern, you will:

- Inputting data in spreadsheets and databases.
- Managing and categorizing all information for easy reference.
- Organizing and maintaining office files and documents.

**Procurement Support**:

- Tracking deliveries.
- Maintaining procurement records.
- Creating and update databases in EXCEL (Purchase Order and etc..)

**Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by FINANCE teams.**

Qualifications:

- Pursuing a diploma/degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month
