Solution Architect

Experience:

- Should have the knowledge about documentation publishing software (Adobe Roadmap, SDL picwhatfix etc) and analytics platforms (Google analytics, open web analytics).
- Have in-depth knowledge in UI/UX design and implementation.
- Proficient in both agile and waterfall software development methodology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serves as a leading authority on architecting the proper enterprise architecture to sustain large volumes of content from multiple sources.
- Understands Customer requirements and advises Customer on solution options.
- Applies expertise and mentoring to Customer during the installation and configuration of the software.
- Assists with blueprint reviews; Review proposed architecture, implementation, and training plans; Advises on risk and mitigation planning; Provides advisory oversight on project deployment and roll-out.
- Works on complex problems that may require research and deep knowledge of the solution and addresses broad design issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
