**KEY ROLES**
- Planning, developing and implementing international marketing and corporate strategies based on institutional goals, market characteristics and budgeted resources to reinforce the university’s position as the center for academic excellence.
- Managing the delivery of recruitment activities in the given market segments by facilitating overseas student recruitment roadshows (visits to schools, Universities, networking with in-country local agents) and participating in overseas B2C and B2B exhibitions.
- Monitoring the collection and updating of the inquiries database for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Managing the development of networks of partners and in-country agent representatives in key markets for UniKL international student recruitment.
- Acting as the key contact for recruitment-related inquiries, collecting agents’ annual marketing plans and reporting.
- Developing the agency partnership engagement strategy for the university
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the agent network through yearly reviews of recruitment quotas and managing agents.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Commerce / Management / Marketing / Economics or a relevant discipline.
- At least eight (8) years of working experience in sales or marketing or both
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques, developing and managing databases.
- Ability to use insights and data to inform strategies, improve results and drive innovative thinking.
- Extremely analytical and result-driven.
- Solid presentation development skills, with the ability to tailor communication to a range of executive and technical audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, Digital Marketing and online analytics.
- Understanding of advanced marketing principles and target markets.
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of office management.
- Ability to plan and monitor intake projects/campaigns.
- Possess experience and knowledge in the international recruitment process.
