Telesales Executive

**Location**:Phileo Damansara 2, Jalan 16/11 Petaling Jaya.

**Headcounts**: 3 - 5

**Tenure**: Permanent

**Remuneration**:Basic + Commission

**Responsibilities**:

- To conduct cold-calling and to aggressively promote banking products.
- Build and develop a long-term relationship with customers.
- To effectively meet (and exceed) targets as set by the company.
- Follow organizational standards to maintain quality service.
- Ensure compliance with all operating & regulatory guidelines, sales practice, sales dos & don’ts, code of ethics and conduct and company’s internal policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM and above (No experience required)
- Confident, aggressive, performance driven and self-motivated
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
