IT Project Executive

Work closely with Project Manager to manage assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, resources and scope of project.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending technical requirements.
- Develops, maintains, and revises proposals and requirements for assigned projects including changes or additional of modules, timelines and resources.
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to relevant team members (developers, tester, creative) and clients.
- Collects, analyses, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Maintains quality deliverables by arranging testing sessions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Development/Project Management/Account Management or relevant discipline.
- Possess good communication skills and confident in communicating to all stakeholders from various backgrounds.
- Good management, negotiation, written and communications and presentation skill.
- Problem-solving, results-oriented, self-motivated, good interpersonal skill, attentive and detailed.
- Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision, good time management, priorities and organizational skills to work on multi-tasks with high sense of urgency.
- Able to tolerate stress and work multiple projects within the company’s project portfolio simultaneously.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
