**POSITION**: Call helpdesk (CSP)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their concerns on products and services and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution.

**QUALIFICATION**: SPM (Minimum)

**WORKING HOURS**: Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week, 2 off days (rotation)

*Must be able to work on weekend as per schedule given 24/7

**BASIC SALARY**:RM 1,800 & Mandarin speaker RM2,200**

**ALLOWANCES**:

- KPI**:RM300**
- Shift allowance**:RM90 per month**
- Transport reimbursement**:RM220 max**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
