Health, Safety, and Environment Specialist

**Job Requirements**:

- Ensure all contracts are fully compliant with Company standards and guidelines in relation to Health and Safety.
- Monitor, train, and support in all areas of HSE to team members, other departments, and the operations teams.
- Recommend actions to be followed in a health and safety crisis situation in order to minimize company damage as and when necessary.
- Carry out site audits and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
- Review and analyze data in relation to accident reporting in the sector and provide recommendations
- Implement all relevant HSE procedures and review them as and when necessary.
- Ensure that all HSE incidents are accurately reported and investigated with relevant reviews of work procedures.
- Ensure that all appropriate HSE information, instruction, training, and supervision are provided to all employees within their control to enable them to carry out their work safely and effectively.
- Report HSE issues beyond their control to their line manager.
- Carry out audits at different client sites to ensure correct Health and Safety Procedures are being practiced.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree or above, environmental safety or related major is preferred
- Possess at least 3 years working experience in Health and Safety in Integrated Facilities Management environment is preferred
- Well-spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good organization and communication skills, details oriented and willing to learn
- Experience in facilitation and presentation skills will be an added advantage
- Possess own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
