Account Payables
- Ensure invoice processing, supplier payment, utilities payment, employee advance/claims and etc are posted accurately and on timely manner.
- Process all staff claims in compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.
- Ensure the database of vendors and suppliers is updated and the accuracy of financial information in the accounting records for financial reporting purposes.
- Liaise with all approved payables to maintain good relationship and ensure all invoices are paid within credit terms.
- Managing the payment process which includes scheduling and executing payments to vendors in a timely manner, whether through electronic transfers or other payment methods. Ensuring payments are processed in compliance with company policies and procedures and maintaining accurate records of all payments made.

Account Receivable (AR)
- AR transactions such as handling inflows from customers, monthly statement, outstanding, sales reports, bank posting, and other related accounting issues related to receivables.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate posting and allocation of daily receipts in the accounting system.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer refunds, credit notes and rebate/commission.
- Assess any potential exposure of doubtful debts on a regular basis.
- Conduct ageing analysis and work with business units to ensure reconciling items and clearing accounts items are followed up and rectify on timely basis.
- Responsible for Account Receivable Ledger creation, maintenance, and credit limit.
- Ensure control amount in general ledger accurately tied to sub ledger and to achieve zero balance variance.

Others
- Assist in treasury activities such as BA financing, letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other trade related financing instruments.
- Supporting Accounting Manager during monthly, quarterly and annual closings, external auditing processes, budgets and forecast preparations.
- Perform ad-hoc projects, analysis and forecasting related to accounts activity.
- Assist in annual stock count activities and stock reconciliation.
- Preparation of year end audit schedules and liaise with Internal Auditors, Tax Agent and etc.
- Meet deadlines set by management on month end close and reporting.
- Any ad hoc assignments of financial reporting function assigned by CFO/Finance Manager.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
