Wellness Assistant/nurse

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, document observations, and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on various health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Promote and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff members.
- Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay updated on the latest advancements in nursing practice.
- Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, providing emotional support, and promoting patient rights.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Nurse or with healthcare experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting or fresh graduates are encouraged.
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Dedication to patient-centered care and commitment to quality improvement.
- Additional certifications or specialized training may be required based on the specific department or unit.
- Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
