**Job Duties**:

- Supporting transitions, knowledge transfer, and monitoring deliverables
- Ensuring processes are migrated to the agreed blueprint on time
- Providing operational oversight and customer-focused services, resolving issues and disputes
- Maintaining a good relationship with O&O Services for productivity and continuous improvement
- Leading system improvements and cost reduction opportunities
- Monitoring service levels and achieving targets
- Challenging the status quo and making fact-based recommendations
- Managing day-to-day activities such as document management, customer master data maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and resolving accounting issues
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Promoting a strong control environment and addressing audit issues
- Supporting a high-performing organization and fostering a customer service-oriented culture.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
